ORDER STATUS
As soon as the goods leave our warehouse you will receive an email with the information CONFIRMATION OF DISPATCH where you can find the tracking number can be used to check online the status of delivery of your parcel. Tracing through this number becomes active after about 2 working days after confirmation of shipment.
There are three ways to KNOW WHERE IS YOUR PACKAGE:
- Through your account: Go to the section "My Account", enter the section "Order Status", is the order in question and click on "Details", a sprint opened the order details click on "Tracking" to go directly to the site of courier where you'll see the current status of delivery.
- Through Confirmation email Shipping: In the mail delivery confirmation you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on "Tracking".
- Through the courier's website: The site of courier just enter the code ID Customer parcel (which are e-mail shipping confirmation) and click on "Search" to view the current status of delivery.
